Norre Tail Scale

The Norre Tail Scale is a remarkable new way to measure fish. It’s simple, fast, accurate and better for the health of the fish. It is an excellent way to measure a fish quickly while keeping them in the water before release. Trying to measure fish has never been an easy task. More often than not it’s a slippery, clumsy and inaccurate ordeal for fishermen and usually worse for the fish. The Norre Tail Scale is a measuring tool that finds the fish length and weight based on the width of the tail fin. Like the tail, dorsal and pectoral fins grow in remarkable proportion to the fish body size. By determining the width of the tail fin, the Norre Tail Scale can very accurately estimate the total length and weight of a fish. Using the tail fin, also allows the fish head to remain in the water allowing it to breath while being measured. The Norre Tail Scale is a very simple, patent pending tool. It is built with two carbon fiber rods or tubes connected to a small base. The length rod displays total fish length, not tail fin width.
